Trumpf Austria and the ECo-C Foundation raise the bar for the cooperation between schools and industry.

In order to prevent the predicted lack of skilled professionals and to motivate young people to do an apprenticeship Trumpf Austria is funding the international ECo-C Sken certification programme in schools.
Together with the ECo-C Foundation the project 'The bridge to industry' was implemented and the ECo-C curricula was taught in several schools in Upper Austria. 

It is a win-win situation for all parties: Pupils get skilled in communication competence and set a valuable foundation for their future career. Applying with the ECo-C certificate companies have the guarantee that the person has strong social skills based on a quality-assured and internationally valid standard and contributes to the added value of the enterprise.
